Prior to serving the non-profit that produces Dance Parade New York, Lauren was production manager for March for Our Lives in Los Angeles and was a member of the planning committee. She proudly supports causes she believes in like Women's March Los Angeles y The United State of Women.

Lauren applied her project manager skills to Mayor Tom Bradley's 100th Anniversary and was Vice-President of the “Youth in Technology” program for Collaborative Expansion Foundation’s training and employment program. The program had a global reach of thousands of undeserved and under-represented youth desiring a career in the digital world.

Lauren’s interest in the world of entertainment and technology started at an early age. Her production skills evolved to the professional level during her years at the University of Southwestern Louisiana while working on feature film projects through the Louisiana Film Commission. Subsequently, Lauren was took on the position of Special Projects Manager for WKG-TV’s Video and Electronic College.

Soon thereafter, Lauren moved into the print medium and became Managing Editor for “Ice Cream Magazine” and Creative Director for “Outspoken Magazine” based out of Texas. These experiences opened doors for her at CBS and the Urban Networks in sales and promotions. With her unique and creative style, she knew that she could excel beyond her corproate roots and achieve her dreams to do what others said couldn’t be done.

Fired up and ready, Womentality Magazine was birthed! Lauren created the first fully integrated digital publication in the region and was founder and creator of the “One Woman Business Conference. Her success continues to push her to assisting other entrepreneurs realize their aspirations in theater and music production as well.

Lauren has also worked as Marketing Director for I’m Ready Productions where her responsibilities included overseeing the marketing collateral for theater tours, placing media buys and managing marketing efforts and sponsorship deliverables for each performance. She also managed the acting school hosted by I'm Ready Productions. Her position eventually evolved into tour management and logistics for both Theater and Music. As the Company/Tour Manager for John Ruffin's Theater 47 out of Chicago, she managed company tours from inception to final performance including Broadway eits such as The Color Purple y Dreamgirls as well as the company's original pieces, Takin' Back My Name y Imitation of Life.

Lauren’s unyielding passion for progress contributed toward a solid reputation for innovation and outside of the box approach. Her strengths include public relations marketing, branding, advertising, graphic design, event planning and entertainment tour logistics. She has worked with dozens of organizations - private, public and nonprofit - to market and launch new products, businesses and movements by either customizing new programs and/or re- imaging existing approaches to achieve client objectives.
