Passes are only available to approved applicants. Notifications will be sent by May 14, 2026. Approved media may pick up credentials at the Media Registration tent at West 17th Street and 5th Avenue between 10:00 AM–12:00 PM on May 16, 2026 (parade day).

This year, photographers are permitted inside the metal barriers along the parade route, except at the Grandstand, where official filming will take place. Members of press organizations will have access to two recommended viewing areas.

The best place to speak with Grand Marshals and dancers is at DanceFest in Tompkins Square Park following the parade.
