Parade Group Coordinator Meeting at Taj

If you’re in or around NYC, come join us for an in-person meeting to go over logistics of parade participation!

We will cover:

• How to maximize exposure to your dance organization
• How to dance in the parade (do’s and don’ts)
• How to use amplified sound in the parade.
• Vehicles and Floats (deadlines approaching!)
• DanceFest Participation

This meeting is for registered groups. If you have not registered, please do so here.

Only one or two Parade Group Coordinators should attend.

After the meeting we welcome you to stay for LIFT OFF! Our Season 13 launch party where you can meet the rest of our team, enjoy drinks and food (cash bar & kitchen) and see performances that will be a part of the upcoming 13th Annual Parade and Festival!
