DanceFest 2025 in Tompkins Square Park, the destination of the parade at Avenue A and Saint Marks Place, comes alive from 3-7pm with choreographed performances, dance lessons, aerial and social dance – on five stages, all free to the public.
AREA A: The Main Stage is programmed to showcase a variety of genres and features the best talent found in Dance Parade:
The Community Stage features artists from Dance Parade's Community Engagement programs as well as performances for all ages! Capping off the program is The Kids Breaking League Dance Battle (16 & Under). Winners will receive cash prizes with the winner advancing to an all expense paid trip to Los Angeles for the Final rounds of competition!

As you stroll through the park, you'll be met with a variety of dances from around the world!
Visit Experience Dance Booths to get inspired to do dance challenges, get interviewed on the radio, get a professional photo by a Professional Photographer or find out where you can take dance classes from New York City's best teachers!
