Greg Miller brings a wealth of experience in arts administration and a lifelong passion for dance to his role as Executive Director of Dance Parade.

Prior to joining Dance Parade in 2006, Greg spent 14 years in management for Fortune 500 companies, including Lehman Brothers, EDS, Bosch, ANA, Revlon, and Cablevision. He then transitioned his talents to the non-profit sector, co-producing the Fall Collection, a mixed-media festival on the Lower East Side.

With a rich international background (having lived abroad for nine years) and a lifelong passion for dance, Greg founded Dance Parade in 2007. A firm believer in dance as a fundamental right, he leads a coalition advocating for legal reform through LegalizeDance.Org. Greg embodies Dance Parade's vision of "One Parade-Many Cultures," actively encouraging participation from diverse and vibrant dance forms. Under his leadership, Dance Parade has fostered a cross-generational and multicultural network, uniting people through the shared language of dance.

A lifelong practitioner himself, Greg finds inspiration in the healing power of dance. He enjoys Cuban Salsa (Rueda), Roller Disco, and Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms, a form of conscious movement practice.

Greg's dedication to the arts extends beyond Dance Parade. He has been recognized as a presenter at The New York Dance and Performance Awards (The Bessies), served as the General Manager of Nimbus Dance Works (Jersey City's preeminent dance company), and currently consults for non-profits while serving on the Advisory Board for Neville Dance Theatre, a contemporary ballet company.
