Dance Parade is a non-profit all volunteer organization seeking passionate individuals on various committees throughout the year in addition to assistance with rolling out the parade in the final few weeks. Join us to change the world through dance!

Our Mission:
Dance Parade exists to promote dance as an expressive and
unifying art form by showcasing all forms of dance, educating
the general public about the opportunities to experience dance,
and celebrating diversity of dance in New York City by sponsoring
a yearly city-wide dance parade and dance festival.’

Governed by a Board of Directors and advised by an Advisory Board, our organization carries out its work in committees with a chairperson that is guided by our Executive Director Greg Miller and a project manager. Nine specialized committees work to accomplish Dance Parade’s tasks and goals for each season. The committees are:

Once a successful applicant has interviewed with our Recruitment Committee, the must be agreed to as part of the registration process if you select that you wish to volunteer. For questions, please contact volunteer@danceparade.org.
