Maggie Fiske is a Brookyln-based freelance dancer, educator, and arts administrator. She started her dance training at age 4 at Mass Ballet, located in Framingham, Massachusetts. She cultivated a deep passion and joy for dance while training in ballet, modern, jazz, and contemporary under Meghan Powers. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography at Towson University under the instruction of Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, Susan Mann, and Runqiao Du where she was the recipient of both academic and dance merit scholarships. She has performed in works by Ray Mercer, Carolyn Dorfman, Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell, Paul Taylor, Sofia Forero, Sonia Plumb, fivetwo, and Laura Halzack. She currently performs with several groups including Laura Halzack, Nanm Dance Company, and the Taylor Outreach Ensemble. In addition to performing, she spreads her love for movement and community through teaching open dance fitness classes at The Taylor School.
