We work with the most reputable float company in the Northeast. This form will take in your basic requests and then we may get back in touch with you about details or if acceptable, we will ask you to Docusign a
contract.
You may click "Save & Resume" at the bottom of this form to save your data before submitting to our team. Floats are limited in availability.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due as soon as possible.
This Float form should only be filled out after you have registered
a dance group for Dance Parade here.

For planning purposes we just want to know what maximum size your group might have on the parade float--up to 500 people (sometimes more) may dance around your float in the parade.

SMALL $3000: 8ft x 24ft, *15ppl max
MEDIUM $3750: 8ft x 28ft, *20ppl max
LARGE $4500: 8ft x 32ft, *25ppl max
All floats include decorations, logo/messages, and truck to pull float, licensed driver, insurance and delivery to parade formation site. Enhanced decorations such as corporate branded ultraboard wraps cost an additional $800-$3000. (Floats made by other companies are not recommended, must be approved and require additional fees with proof of $3 million per incident liability insurance.)
*Scholarships and Vehicle Registration Fees already paid, will be deducted from overall float price.
**Though float company restricts numbers of people on float, unlimited participants may dance around float. Large groups will be asked to exercise extreme caution when floats turn corners. Float drivers are instructed to come to a complete stop if there are dancers next to a float.

If the float and audio costs are prohibitive, you may choose to use Dance Parade's non-profit status to request tax exempt donations from your community. You will be given a maximum of three weeks to raise funds.

No Audio needed (will bring our own system & generator)
Audio is optional. Customer’s own audio can be installed between 9am and 12 noon on parade day

With this form submission I agree that this signifies my intention to have a parade float designed and operated in this year’s Annual Dance Parade, but does not create any binding relationship or obligations between me and Dance Parade, Inc. I understand that once remitted, the float and audio rental fees are non-refundable if within one month of the parade. Any designs, including logos created for the floats are the property of the float company and are not obtainable after the parade. I agree to refrain from physical, sexual, emotional or verbal abuse or misconduct of any kind or form making abusive statements in regard to a person’s race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, sex or age. Lastly, I understand that participation in Dance Parade New York is a privilege granted to us by the City of New York, and which will be granted to us in the future only thanks to Dance Parade participants’ exemplary civic behavior. I agree to operate my Audio System only during the parade with sound checks only during parade formation.
Float orders are not complete until you receive and docusign a float contract with Dance Parade, Inc.
