Yeimis “Dancer Legs” Aquino is a Harlem native who started dancing at the tender young age of 8 years old. With a sheer passion for the arts she continued to seek dancing opportunities. Through grade school she attended music, arts & dance programs which helped strengthen her skill as an all around performing artist. With her light truly shining more towards the dancing world, she went on to attend Rhode Island College and received a Bachelor’s in Dance. Once she received her degree she decided to move back to NYC to continue her journey as an artist. There she has trained under some of the best choreographers in the dance world.
In 2017 she has joined the Menage Works family as a Dancer/Choreographer. She helped to spearhead & create short dance films, as well as helping to develop independent artists with becoming more comfortable with movement.
Yeimis was recently part of “A Message to Women” which was presented in the Bergen County Film Festival for 2019.
She is currently part of a major ensemble of dancers touring with the legendary Lisa Lisa of the platinum selling group Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam formally of Columbia Records.
