DESCRIPTION:Are you a Teaching Artist? Are you interested in becoming one? We have got you covered! \n  \nDance Parade’s Community Engagement Programs offers participants of all ages – from schools\, recreation facilities to senior centers and public events – opportunities to discover their own innate capacity for the communication of ideas\, thoughts\, and feelings through the medium of dance. \nEach year Dance Parade offers 15-20 teaching artists & professionals working in the field of dance opportunities to expand their reach and create impactful relationships via residencies\, workshops\, and performances in a diverse range of communities. \nTeaching artists interested in Dance Parade’s Community Engagement Program are invited to attend an\, Orientation on Friday February 14th from 4-6pm at Judson Memorial Church\, 239 Thompson Street\, Assembly Hall (Basement)\, NY NY 10012. \nTo RSVP: Fill in our DP Community Engagement Form and remember to click ‘Yes’ to Attending Orientation Meeting.
