Carmen Casado is an immigration lawyer that supports Dance Parade because “it brings dance to the masses, showing people various forms of dance, that dance is healthy and positive, and offers them the opportunity to participate.” Carmen is an avid Latin dancer and also enjoys vinyasa yoga, ecstatic dance, contact improv, the 5 rhythms as well as Zen Buddhist practice. Having grown up in Northern Arizona, she went on to study international relations at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and obtained her law degree from California Western in San Diego. Carmen is currently based in San Francisco but her law office represents clients in New York and around the world. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
